Most of our rotary ovens use standard R7s or SK15 connectors. They&amp;rsquo;re basically drop-in replacements. You don&amp;rsquo;t have to rip out your electrical panel or spend a weekend rewiring everything just to upgrade.&#xA;Plus, shortwave heat actually sinks deeper into the dough.
